Every place has its own distinctive food customs, and my hometown is no exception. In my hometown, the more distinctive breakfast foods are fried dough sticks, tofu brain and fried cakes. These three are the most popular items in the breakfast stand.
First, deep-fried dough sticks

at the same time, I also lived in Guangzhou for a period of time, and Guangzhou is my second hometown. I like Shunde double skin milk and boat porridge, which are the characteristics of Guangzhou, best.
Authentic double-skin milk is made of buffalo milk, with white color, delicate and smooth texture, softer and more flat than pudding, and sweet and light taste. The most important thing is that double skin milk really has two skins, the upper skin is sweet and the lower skin is smooth. In particular, buffalo milk in Jinbang Township, Daliang, Shunde is of excellent quality and is sought after by Shunde locals and Guangzhou people. I like eating a cup of double skin milk in the morning very much to start a sweet day.
V. Boat porridge
Boat porridge is also my favorite. It is rich in ingredients, including fresh sashimi, lean meat, fried dough sticks, peanuts, barbecued pork, chopped green onion and shredded eggs, as well as floating skin (pigskin), jellyfish and squid. The porridge has a smooth bottom, various ingredients and rich taste, which can not only play a full role, but also provide energy for a day's work and life.
