From 00: 00 to 24: 00 on October 27, 2022, there were 9 newly confirmed local cases 1 in the whole city, among which 1 1 was found in close contacts or epidemic-related personnel who had been included in quarantine observation, 6 cases were found in regional nucleic acid screening, and1was found in staff screening in isolated hotels. There were 46 new asymptomatic local infected people, among which 34 cases were found in close contacts or epidemic-related personnel who had been included in the isolation observation, 8 cases were found in regional nucleic acid screening, 3 cases were found in key personnel from other provinces, and 1 case was found in closed-loop management personnel at airport ports. Four confirmed cases were imported from abroad, and asymptomatic infected persons 19 cases were imported from abroad.

By 24: 00 on October 27th, 2022/KLOC-0, the city had reported a total of 8535 cases of COVID-19 positive infection. The above-mentioned asymptomatic infected persons 43-45 were found during the investigation of key personnel from other provinces.

Local asymptomatic infection 46: Living in Zhong Luotan Town, Baiyun District. Found in the investigation of closed-loop management personnel at airport ports.

The above-mentioned 65 infected people have been transferred to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in closed loop for isolation treatment, and their condition is stable at present. Close contacts and epidemic spots have been controlled.

There were 4 confirmed cases imported from abroad and 9 asymptomatic infected persons/kloc-0:

There were 4 new confirmed cases imported from abroad, including 2 cases from Singapore and 1 from France and Vietnam. 19 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were imported from abroad, including 8 cases in Mongolia, 5 cases in Kuwait, 2 cases in Saudi Arabia, and 1 case in Thailand, Singapore, Germany and the Philippines.

After the above-mentioned confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons enter the country, they will be transported to the centralized isolation point according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. During the isolation period, COVID-19 was positive for nucleic acid and was transferred to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for isolation treatment.
