The practice of boiled shrimp:
Ingredients: shrimp, onion, ginger, cooking wine and soy sauce.
1. Wash the fresh shrimp bought, and cut off the thorns and whiskers in front with scissors. Slice onion and ginger.
2. Pour water into the pot and add onion, ginger and cooking wine. After boiling water on a big fire, pour in the processed fresh shrimp.
3. After the water boils again, add a little salt and cook over medium heat for one minute.
4. Turn off the fire, take the shrimp out of the pot and drain the water.
5. Put the shrimps on the plate. Take a small dish, pour in soy sauce, remove shrimp shells and dip in soy sauce.
