Qianjiang City delicacies include braised prawns, Fushou cakes, Qianjiang hotpot, Qianjiang rice tea, fried fish sticks, etc.
1. Braised prawns in oil: Using wild crayfish as raw material, it is made with Qianjiang’s unique cooking method. It is bright in color, spicy and appetizing, and delicious and attractive.
2. Fushou Cake: Also called Aoba Tuozi, it is named after the word "Fu" or "Shou" printed on the front. It is made from rice and has a slightly yellow color and overflowing aroma.
3. Qianjiang Guokui: It uses white flour as the main raw material and is baked in a pan. The varieties include onion Guokui, chopped Guokui, duck Guokui, etc. It is golden in color, fragrant and crispy, and can be kept for several days.
