Purple sweet potato taro dumplings
Material:
1. Small dumplings: 2g glutinous rice flour, about 13g hot water, and once the red rice flour is thrown away
2. Others: Lipu taro, purple sweet potato, milk, red beans and sugar
Practice:
Warm water with glutinous rice flour. Knead evenly
Knead round in the same way
Sprinkle a little glutinous rice flour on the plate to prevent sticking
Steamed purple potato taro to soften
Squeeze purple potato into mud, add hot milk
stir, add taro
water, add small glutinous rice balls
and cook until it floats, take out
