Materials:
Crude salt, quail eggs, pepper, cinnamon, star anise.
Exercise:
After buying quail eggs, soak them in clear water first, then brush them with a small brush, then take them out and drain them. (After soaking, it is easier to scrub quail eggs. )
Do not put oil in the pot when it is hot, pour in coarse salt, and pour pepper, cinnamon and star anise into the pot together.
Stir-fry while heating until the salt becomes hot, slightly yellow and fragrant.
First, put the fried salt into a small baking pan and spread it as evenly as possible.
Add quail eggs, and finally pour the remaining salt into the plate and bury the quail eggs in the salt.
Put the baking tray in the oven, and bake with 1 10 degree 10 minute, and the quail eggs will be almost cooked. Don't worry about eating. You can bury quail eggs in salt for the night, and you will find them very delicious.
Tips:
If you don't have an oven at home, you can bake it directly in a pan. After frying the salt, you can take out half of it first, then add quail eggs, cover with salt and bake for a few minutes. Don't use a non-stick pan, or the pan will be scrapped.
