2. Qinzhen Liangpi
Qinzhen Liangpi has a history of more than 2,000 years. According to local legend in Qinzhen, Liangpi began to be produced during the period of Qin Shi Huang as a gift to the dynasty. It is made of rice flour as raw material. Because it is mainly produced in Qinzhen, Hu County, it is also called Qinzhen rice noodle. When making it, the rice flour is mixed into a paste, spread flat in a multi-layer bamboo cage, and then steamed. The cold rubber tendons are thin, thin, soft and have a unique flavor.
