Julia moved to France to start a new life because of her husband's work. Julia loves French food and life. By chance, she studied cooking and made great progress, but she also found that there are few French cooking books written specifically for Americans.

So she came up with the idea of writing a book about how to cook French food for Americans, and worked hard to realize it. Despite all the difficulties, her persistence and love finally brought her success and made her a household name.

Julie is an ordinary clerk. She has always lived a mediocre life, but she loves food and cooking. She met Julia's cookbook, got her husband's support, and decided to start a one-year study tour of Julia's French cuisine cooking, and shared her learning and making process with her blog. Finally, because of Julia and food, she found her own direction and published her own book.

This film not only brings charming street scenes and food display in France, but also shows us the persistence of two women in their dreams, the cure brought by food and the success brought by persistence.
