Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, referred to as "Yuncai University" for short, is located in Kunming. Historical evolution:
The predecessor of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics was Yunnan Finance Cadre School, which was founded in 1951. In 1979, a finance and trade junior college class was opened to recruit junior college students; In 1981, Yunnan Finance and Trade College was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and full-time undergraduate education began. In 1995, it was identified as a provincial key university by the Yunnan provincial government; In 1998, Yunnan Economic Management Cadre College was merged; In 26, it was renamed Yunnan University of Finance and Economics with the approval of the Ministry of Education; In 213, it became a doctoral authorized unit, and in 214, it won the first postdoctoral mobile station.
