I learned how to make dumplings on New Year's Eve. Dumplings, or dumplings stuffed with meat and vegetables, are popular during Spring Festival and other festivals.
It is one of the favorite delicacies of northern Chinese, and people eat dumplings at midnight on New Year's Eve and for breakfast on New Year's Eve.
The process of making dumplings is this: First, you cut the meat into small pieces, mash it, and then add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, green onions, Chinese cabbage and MSG.
Mix all ingredients and filling thoroughly, adding two spoons of water if necessary.
In a large bowl, gradually add water to flour.
(Note: not too much!) Knead it into a soft dough with your hands, cover it with a towel, and let it sit for about an hour.
Roll the flour into a sausage-shaped dough about 5 cm in diameter, then cut into small pieces.
It’s a cake festival, but not a cake festival.
Finally, hold the pancake with your hands, place the filling in the middle, wrap it into a half-moon shape, and seal the edges.
The next step is to eat 1.
Pour this garbage into boiling water and cook it before serving.
