As usual, the raw materials are served first. Today's raw materials are very simple, mainly two kinds, one is air fryer, and the other is small fish. There are not too many requirements for the type of fish, just a little smaller. I use small yellow croaker myself. It seems that some people call it "yellow croaker".
The auxiliary ingredients need to use onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine for pickling fish and olive oil to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot when frying fish. Next, officially start cooking food ~

The second step is to clean up all the small fish inside and outside, especially the fish gall. Although this fish is small, its internal organs are also rich. If you don't clean it, it will affect the taste ~ a little bitter ~

Step 3, put the cleaned small fish into cooking wine for pickling. It won't take long. Remember to add appropriate edible salt, onion and ginger. Some friends like sweet food, so sugar can be used instead of edible salt. This is not much to say, prepare according to your own taste.

Step four, apply a layer of olive oil on the surface of the fish. As we said before, the purpose of doing this is to reduce the chance of "sticking to the pot". Although the air fryer is easier to clean than the pan we usually use, it will be more or less troublesome if food sticks to the pan.

Step 5: Open the air fryer and preheat it for about 5 minutes, and adjust the temperature to 180 degrees. Generally speaking, fish is 180 degrees, but if it is a chicken leg or something, it is 200 degrees. The first suggestion is to have an operation after applying olive oil. If you are already skilled, you can operate at the same time, which will save more time ~

Step 6, put the fish in the pot. The fish in my picture only takes about 15 minutes, but just to remind you that this is not a one-time frying 15 minutes. You should take it out of the middle and turn it over. Well, I'm usually in the top eight and the bottom seven. You can also adjust the time according to the size of the fish.

Step 7, the fish is out of the pot ~ The color of the air fryer is often lighter. If you think the color is not good, you can apply some noodle sauce to yourself, and it tastes good.
