Tianquan mushroom Tianquan is located in the western edge of Sichuan basin, with mild climate, abundant rainfall and humid air. Rich forest resources are very suitable for the growth of fungi. Tianquan has been cultivating mushrooms for a long time. Tianquan Lentinus edodes is large, thick, crisp and tender, with high nutritional value, with an annual output of more than 654.38 million kilograms. Bamboo shoots in Yucheng, Sun Ya are on the market, white and tender, crisp and delicious. In the spring and autumn rainy season, the output of bamboo shoots in Ya 'an can reach 300,000 Jin, which has already been processed into "charcoal white bamboo shoots", "fire white bamboo shoots", salted bamboo shoots, canned fresh bamboo shoots, etc., which are sold well all over the country and exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Japan and other places.
