Practice steps
(1) Wash the salmon and remove the scales, heads, tails and fins.
(2) Cut the fish in half from the back bone.
(3) Add salt and black pepper to the flour and mix well.
(4) Put the fish under the slice into flour and cover it with flour.
(5) Add butter to the pot. I use vegetable butter, but it smells better with animal butter.
(6) After the butter is softened, heat it until the butter bubbles.
(7) Add salmon to medium heat.
(8) Turn over in about two minutes and fry for about three minutes.
(9) Squeeze lemon juice on the salmon after cooking.
