Langham Place is a three-in-one large-scale development project, which consists of shopping center-Langham Place Shopping Center, hotel-Langham Place Hotel and office building-Langham Place Office Building. The three projects of Langham Place planning complement each other. Large shopping centers have a large number of shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities, while high-end office buildings and five-star hotels bring high-spending office workers and tourists to shopping centers respectively, forming a stable consumption chain.
Building process
An old residential land in Langham Place was originally 6.5438+0.8 million square feet. Later, with the cooperation of Urban Renewal Bureau and Handsome Group, after ten years of planning and reconstruction, the office building and hotel finally took the lead in opening in the third quarter of 2004, and the shopping center also opened in the same year.
In the process of redevelopment, due to the complex ownership of the development area, involving a large number of affected households and bottom tenants, as well as the complex tunnel and cable system hidden underground, it has brought many difficulties to the project.
Jade Partners is responsible for the design work, and Wang Ouyang, a Hong Kong architect, is the project architect. The design of the entire Langham Place project is based on the round and mixed appearance.

The shopping mall is high15th floor.
The biggest feature of the shopping center is the "Tian Tong Elevator" connecting floors 4A and 8B, which can be regarded as one of the longest shopping center escalators in Hong Kong.

Later, it was revealed that some restaurants there were "stealing operations" (that is, operating without the permission of the relevant units), and one restaurant closed down here.
In 2005, Hong Kong TVB drama Love in the Sky was also filmed in this shopping center. The play was broadcast on TVB Emerald Channel from February 20th to March 6th, 2006.
