The dragon cub in Dashiqiao belongs to no one. Dashiqiao Longzai is a special food in dashiqiao city, Liaoning Province, which is a snack made of lobster meat and flour. According to legend, the origin of the Dashiqiao dragon cub can be traced back to the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, when fishermen in Dashiqiao mixed lobster meat with flour to make food similar to jiaozi, and later it gradually evolved into the present dragon cub.
