After the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day, I In Guangdong, I finally have the feeling that autumn has arrived. In this beautiful autumn weather with clear blue sky and cool breeze, I feel sorry for myself if I don't go out and have some fun. So I took advantage of the weekend break to meet up with some friends and drive Haoying on the most beautiful provincial road S244 in Guangdong. I started the most beautiful autumn trip on this classic rural self-driving road and encountered the unique scenery of northern Guangdong.

Driving Haoying on the most beautiful provincial road S244, of course, it is not to see the road, but to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. This forgotten and most beautiful provincial road, S244, is 300 kilometers long and connects many beautiful scenery in northern Guangdong. In addition to many scenic spots such as Yunji Mountain, Shendu Water Village, and Mantang Hakka Dawei, there are also pastoral scenery such as rice fields, streams, farmhouses, watchtowers, and cooking smoke. A good companion for self-driving travel

For this self-driving trip, we drove the Haoying with a Roman purple body. First of all, Haoying’s good-looking appearance really won my heart. For example, the thick chrome-plated strip connects the narrow and eye-catching LED headlights on both sides, and the simple lines on the front face and sides outline a fuller and three-dimensional figure, which is revealed in a low-key manner. It looks exquisite, and the exquisiteness is mixed with the sporty Haoying, coupled with the beautiful scenery along the way, the beautiful car and the beautiful scenery are really hard to love.

What surprises us most this time is the space of Haoying. I have never been worried about the space of Guangben cars, but the space performance of Haoying really makes me have to praise it. boast. Yunji Mountain, the Wonderland on Earth

We set off from downtown Guangzhou around 10 a.m. and drove for more than 3 hours. We arrived at the Xinfeng Section of Provincial Highway S244 at around 1 p.m. After getting off the expressway and having lunch at a random farm, we hurried to the first stop of the trip - Yunji Mountain, a fairyland on earth.

Known as the highest peak in the Pearl River Delta, the main peak of Yunji Mountain is as high as 1,434.2 meters above sea level. It is picturesque all year round. It is said that in mid-to-late November, Yunji Mountain is covered with red maple leaves, which is very beautiful, but we I came here in mid-October, so I probably didn’t have a chance to see it.

The road driving up to Yunji Mountain is very winding and narrow, with many sharp turns. Fortunately, Haoying's power and control are excellent. Driving up the mountain, Haoying Mountain Run is very comfortable and has a particularly wide view.

Yunji Mountain is worthy of the reputation of "natural oxygen bar". As soon as we arrived at the foot of Yunji Mountain, the fresh air blew in our faces and our spirits were shaken. The photo of Haoying and Yunji Mountain is really beautiful and spectacular.

The sun was warm in the afternoon, so we first went to Yunji Ancient Town at the foot of the mountain for a stroll. Yunji Ancient Town brings together ancient buildings from different schools across the country, such as the mountains and rivers of Jiangsu and Anhui, the lingering charm of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the flavor of Lingnan, the customs of Fujian and Jiangxi... This is simply an exhibition hall of Chinese ancient buildings. Walking on the small stone road of the ancient town, the classical charm and ingenious design made our hearts beat, as if we had traveled back to ancient times.

After leaving the ancient town, we were ready to climb the mountain.

Walking along the wooden boardwalk of the mountain road, the weather in early autumn is slightly cool, and there are relatively few people. Occasionally, you can hear the melodious chirping of birds passing over the treetops, which is a bit deep and quiet. We thought we were going to camp for a picnic later, so we didn’t climb that high. We walked around and took photos below and then left.

After we got down from the mountain, we found an open place to start our camping picnic. We set up tents, laid out carpets, and put out fruits and delicacies. While tasting the delicacies, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and chatted with our friends. It’s so nice to chat!

Until the sun went down, thinking about my schedule tomorrow, I quickly packed up and left. After driving for about an hour, we successfully checked into the Jinzhuang Inn in Bazi Town, Wengyuan County, at around 8 o'clock that night.

Shixing Mantang Hakka Dawei

We started from the inn early the next morning, preparing to go to the second stop of our self-driving - Shixing Mantang Hakka Dawei. The morning sunshine is very good, and along the way you can see pastoral scenery such as rice fields, streams, farmhouses, and cooking smoke.

As soon as we entered Shixing, we could see majestic fortress-like ancient enclosures one after another. They stood firmly among the villages and mountains and rivers of Shixing. The Mantang Hakka Dawei, known as the "No. 1 Dawei in Lingnan", is located in Aizi Town, Shixing County, and it is also the largest Hakka Dawei in Guangdong Province.

We drove to Hakka Dawei around 8:30 and could visit casually without tickets.

When I arrived, I saw many golden rice fields being dried by local people. From a distance, I could see that the entire Dawei was in the shape of a rectangular "back", a closed structure with a low outer perimeter. The inner wall is high, and the outer wall opens a gate.

When approaching the large enclosing building, you can find that the blue bricks on the walls of the enclosing building have been manually polished and appear smooth and regular. The gates, door frames, windows, steps, corridor edges, and well platforms of the enclosing building are also It is made of granite strips and pine wood, which looks particularly solid and generous.

Haoying took a group photo with the Hakka enclosed house in the hall. The domineering appearance of Haoying is combined with the powerful and simple momentum of the large enclosed building. It is exquisite, elegant and full of charm. It is really beautiful.

"Lingnan Jiuzhaigou" Shixing Deep Water

On this provincial road S244, there is a wonderful scenery that you must not miss, that is known as "Lingnan Jiuzhaigou" "Jiuzhaigou" Shixing Deep Water Ecological Scenic Area is also the last stop of our self-driving tour.

After leaving Hakka Dawei, we rushed to Shenshuiyao Township, the only ethnic minority township in Shaoguan. The Deep Water Ecological Scenic Area is actually just a small village with dozens of households and an original ecological pastoral with a small river. There are no supporting facilities and no tickets required. The mountains are clear and the water is blue, and the air is particularly good. Looking at the beautiful mountains and rivers here, I feel a sense of comfort away from the hustle and bustle and returning to nature.

After resting and adjusting, it’s time to go home. While driving on this most beautiful provincial road, we encountered the fairyland Yunji Mountain, the Mantang Hakka Dawei in Shixing, and the "Lingnan Jiuzhaigou" Shixing Deep Water. I felt that the two-day self-driving travel experience was really good and worth recalling again. .
