Traveling to Harbin, the next day, January 24, we two adults and two children took a taxi on the streets of Harbin. We were freezing in the cold wind for nearly two hours and still didn’t get a taxi. It’s not that we didn’t have a taxi, we were blocked a lot.

Even if the train is empty, we don't even pull it. It's probably because there are too many of us, which affects their shared rides. Some of them refuse to load because of a crash, and they don't count as being rude.

In the end, the child was so cold that he cried. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and pay double the price for a taxi and went back to the hotel.

I never dare to come to Harbin again.
