Penglai noodle is a kind of flavored pasta developed on the basis of Fushan Lamian Noodles.
This kind of noodles is artificially drawn, commonly known as "broken noodles" locally, and the noodles are thin and tough. The brine is made of red snapper (commonly known as Cargill), appropriate amount of mung bean starch and seasonings such as soy sauce, fungus, sesame oil, star anise and pepper. One or two bowls have a unique seafood flavor.
