As a member of China people, I am full of surprises for China. China is an ancient civilization in the world, with a long history of culture and civilization of over 5,000 years. China is also a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, and its economic aggregate ranks second in the world, surpassing that of Japan. There are many places of interest in China, such as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, chengde mountain resort and Pingyao Ancient City. Speaking of China cuisine, you have to visit our "land of fish and rice". My hometown-Jiangxi is there. Jiangxi, referred to as Jiangxi for short, is also called: the land of Jiangxi, a typical land of plenty in the south of the Yangtze River. In 733 AD, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty established the West Road in the south of the Yangtze River, and gained the provincial name. Because the largest river in Jiangxi is Ganjiang, it is called Ganjiang for short. In ancient times, it was called "Wutou Chuwei, Guangdong Humin Pavilion", "Jiangnan West Road" in Tang Dynasty and "Jiangnan West Road" in Song Dynasty, all of which were "victory zones".

There are countless delicious foods in Jiangxi. Jiangxi is a land of fish and rice, rich in rice, so there are many foods made of rice, among which rice flour is the daily staple food of ordinary people. Among rice noodles, Nanchang fried powder is the most famous. This kind of rice flour is loose and flexible, bright in color and delicious. Rice paste fruit, commonly known as rice fruit, is a special snack in Shangrao. Shangrao people have the custom of making rice paste fruit in the long summer. Now you can taste rice paste fruit in street restaurants in Shangrao. There are many special snacks in Jiangxi, among which dried pumpkin and Yonghe tofu are my favorites.

Jiangxi let us stay not only for delicious food, but also for many beautiful places of interest. There are more than 2,400 scenic spots in the province, including Poyang Lake, Zhelin Lake and Fairy Lake, the largest freshwater lake in China. The forest coverage rate of the whole province is 63. 1%, which ranks first with Fujian. Four scenic spots in the province are listed as World Heritage Sites-Lushan Mountain in Jiujiang, Sanqing Mountain in Shangrao, Longhu Mountain in Yingtan and Guifeng in Shangrao.
