Behind the "Mr. Li Beef Noodle King" is Li Beiqi's feelings of home and country.

when it comes to the earliest large-scale restaurant chain brands in China, many people first think of foreign McDonald's and KFC, but they don't know that one brand appeared before McCann, that is, "Beef Noodle King of California" (the predecessor of "Beef Noodle King of Mr. Li"), and its limelight overshadowed McCann.

"Mr. Li" refers to Mr. Li Beiqi. Mr. Li Beiqi was born in Chongqing's culinary family in 1932. He was keen to study cooking skills in middle school, then went to Taiwan Province to study because of the war, and then immigrated to the United States. In order to let the Chinese in the United States eat the delicious food in their hometown, in 1971, Mr. Li Beiqi established the "Cooking Center of China Cuisine Art Company" in the United States. From 1972 to 1974, seven "beef noodle king" restaurants were opened in Montreal and Alhambra. After the reform and opening up, Mr. Li Beiqi became the first generation of overseas Chinese who returned to the motherland to invest. In 1987, he opened the first "California Beef Noodle King" restaurant in China, which pioneered the chain operation of Chinese fast food. By 2118, there were more than 811 chain restaurants all over the country, which had been famous at home and abroad for decades, and had to be admired.
