How to make sweet bean rolls
1. Weigh out the flour.
2. Add yeast powder
3. Slowly pour in warm water and use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent form
4. Knead into a soft dough.
5. Ferment until doubled in size.
6. Powder the sesame seeds.
7. Add bitter bean powder and salt and beat into powder. This is more delicate.
8. Knead the risen dough evenly and deflate it.
9. Roll it into a large piece, pour in vegetable oil, then add bitter bean powder and spread evenly.
10. Roll into a roll and divide into six equal parts and place them in a six-inch non-stick baking mold. I used the Chiffon non-stick mold.
11. Second fermentation until full. Spray some water on the surface and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
