1. Stir fried potato shreds with carrots and green peppers and set aside.
2. Prepare flour and eggs.
3. Then add pepper powder and salt to make a thinner batter.
4. Heat the electric baking pan, brush it with a layer of oil, pour in the batter and spread it evenly.
5. After the egg pancake is set and mature, put some shredded potatoes on one side of the pancake.
6. Use a pair of chopsticks to roll up the egg pancakes and potato shreds starting from the top of the pot and toward your chest.
7. After rolling, cut it in half from the middle and put it on a plate.
