Ingredients:
Duck blood, leek, ginger and garlic, chili, soy sauce, oyster sauce, bean paste, chili oil
Practice:
1. Boil a pot of boiling water, add duck blood, boil for about one minute and take it out;
2. Brush oil in a hot pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, add two spoonfuls of bean paste and stir-fry red oil, then pour half a bowl of clear water;
3. Add three spoonfuls of light soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, a proper amount of salt, add duck blood leek and cook for about three minutes;
4. Add two spoonfuls of chilli oil and chilli, and stir well.
Material preparation: scissors, glue sticks, some toilet paper tubes, some A5 colored paper and watercolor pens.
