It is made of rice flour and stuffing (red bean paste, sesame and meat). It's fried, golden outside and white inside.

Raw materials: water mill powder, red bean paste (or black sesame, meat stuffing) stuffing;

Knead the dough with boiling water, and knead the kneaded rice flour into balls with a diameter of about 4 cm;

Brew your favorite stuffing (the meat is salty and the others are sweet) into the middle of the rice noodle ball, and make it into a cylinder with a diameter of 5 cm and a height of about 3 cm after brewing;

Put oil in the pot (the amount of oil is about half that of the tank). When the oil temperature is 20% hot, put the soaked tank in the pot, fry it with slow fire until golden, turn it over and fry it until golden on both sides, and then take out the pot.
