My first stop is Gai Hua Road, Shunde. On one side is the bustling Gai Hua Road Pedestrian Street, and on the other side is the quiet Gaihua Mountain, forming a unique landscape. The pedestrian street is crowded with people, as well as various styles of small supermarkets, sweet and delicious snack bars and clothing stores. Behind the pedestrian street, there is a long hiking trail hidden. Accompanied by hawking, we boarded Gaihua Mountain and immediately entered a green world of "cicadas in the forest are quieter and bosom friends in the mountains are more secluded". My mother told me that Sangji fish pond is a production mode combining mulberry planting and sericulture with pond culture, which can promote the recycling of animal and plant resources and ecological balance. I admire the wisdom and environmental protection concept of Shunde people in my hometown. I admire them for building a new urban area surrounded by green waters and green mountains. Here, I saw a tall building and rural scenery in Shunde.
My third stop is Shunde Museum, where there are exhibitions of Shunde's history, culture and food, as well as Bruce Lee Exhibition and so on. I also visited the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Experience Hall" here. Among as many as 37 intangible cultural heritages, I am most interested in dragon dancing, Daliang fish lanterns, and the production techniques of Shunde delicacies such as double skin milk, milk, fish skin dumplings, Lunjiao cakes and Chencun powder, which are precious intangible cultural heritages. Today, we can eat these non-legacy foods in snack bars and restaurants on the streets of Shunde.
