The method of noodles with soy sauce is as follows:
Ingredients: 2g of pork, 15g of eggplant, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of coriander, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 3 tbsps of extremely fresh soy sauce, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of starch, appropriate amount of edible oil, appropriate amount of water and appropriate amount of noodles.
Steps:
1. Prepare the materials.
2. Wash and dice pork, wash and dice eggplant, cut onion into chopped green onion, and mince coriander.
