Steps

1. Kill the carp, remove its internal organs, and cut into two pieces.

2. Do not remove scales from carp, but cut off part of the fins and tail.

3. Put oil in the pot and heat the oil until it is 60% hot.

4. Put the carp into the pot with the scales facing down and fry until the scales turn golden.

5. After the fish scales are fried to golden brown, sprinkle in refined salt.
