glutinous rice cakes that are more delicious than sugar cakes, do not wake up, sweet and sour appetizers, and get it in a pan!
Before I learned how to cook delicious food, I had a wrong understanding of sugar cakes. I always thought that soft, waxy and hollow crispy sugar cakes were made of glutinous rice flour. Later, I found that glutinous rice flour and noodles could only be fried like sesame balls, while sugar cakes were made by pouring boiling water into ordinary flour to neutralize the noodles, and then frying them until they were crispy. However, whether it is sesame balls or sugar cakes, it is a favorite breakfast for the people.
Many friends especially like to eat glutinous rice products, such as glutinous rice paste, rice cake, potato and so on. Compared with such sweet snacks, I prefer to eat Ciba and glutinous rice cakes. I don't like to eat too sweet food, but both Ciba and glutinous rice cakes can be mixed with flour without sugar, and after frying, you can add sugar according to your own preference.
When I got up this morning, the temperature in my bedroom was so suitable for sleeping in. When I walked into the kitchen, it was like walking into a sauna room. I quickly turned on my mobile phone to order takeout food, brushing it from top to bottom and turning it from bottom to top. Finally, I silently started rummaging through the ingredients for making glutinous rice cakes. I always felt that it was clean and low cost to make it myself. Moreover, it is very easy to make glutinous rice cakes, and there is no need to wake up the noodles. Today, I used hawthorn and red beans as stuffing, which was delicious for sweet and sour appetizers.
main ingredients: 2g glutinous rice flour, 135g boiled water, proper hawthorn cake, proper honey red beans, proper sesame seeds and proper edible oil.
Specific methods
1. Prepare the stuffing first. I don't like it too sweet, so I used hawthorn cake and honey red beans. The hawthorn cake has a little sour taste, and the sweetness of honey red beans can be just neutralized. You can also use red bean paste, pork floss or steamed purple potatoes as stuffing.
2. Add boiling water to glutinous rice flour, stir it while pouring, and then knead it into a soft dough without cracking. It should be noted here that the kneaded dough is wrapped in plastic wrap for the first time, and the glutinous rice dough is particularly easy to dry.
3. Knead the dough into long strips, divide them into uniform small dough, and cover them with plastic wrap at any time. Take a flour paste, arrange it into a nest, and wrap it with hawthorn granules and honey red beans. The mouth must be closed completely without revealing the stuffing.
4. Pour sesame seeds on the chopping board, brush a layer of clean water on the surface of the prepared glutinous rice cake, press it on the sesame seeds, and press sesame seeds on both sides.
5. Pour the oil in the pan, and turn the oil heat to low heat. Add the glutinous rice cakes and start frying. Don't put them together, otherwise they will stick together during frying. Fry until one side is golden, hard and crisp, turn it over and continue frying. When you see that the glutinous rice cake bulges when heated, the side is not sticky, and it is elastic when pressed, and it is basically cooked.
The prepared hawthorn and red bean glutinous rice cakes are delicious whether they are eaten hot or cold. The hawthorn melts when heated, with the sweet taste of honey beans, which is sweet but not greasy.
1. It is best to mix glutinous rice flour with boiling water, but it is easy to crack with cold water.
2. It is better to use a non-stick pan when frying, which saves fuel and is not easy to paste.
