Chopped pepper fish
Main material: 1 fat fish head (2 kg), chopped pepper specially made in Hunan. Condiments: 2 g of salt, 3.5 g of chicken essence, 1 g of sugar, 6 g of cooking oil, 1 g of Chili oil, 1 g of ginger and 8 g of onion. Practice: 1. Raw materials: mushrooms, raw pork, peppers, carrots, soy sauce, soy sauce king, white pepper powder, monosodium glutamate, and oil-consuming methods: 1.
