Practice and seasoning of cold noodles
The practices and seasonings of cold noodles are as follows:

Ingredients: 500g flour, 50g sesame oil, 1 garlic, 1 shallot,10g salt, 20g coriander, half cucumber, 5g soy sauce, 5g balsamic vinegar and10g Chili oil.

1. First, prepare 500g of handmade alkaline noodles, as shown in the figure.

2. Then the water is boiled and the noodles are cooked, as shown in the figure.

3. Then take it out and blow it to cool. If it is too cold, the taste is not as good as that blown out, as shown in the figure.

4. Then add sesame oil and mix well, as shown in the figure.

5. Then put the stirred cold noodles on a wet cloth to avoid air drying, as shown in the figure.

6. Then take appropriate noodles and add minced garlic, shallots, salt, coriander, shredded cucumber, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and Chili oil, as shown in the figure.

7. Finally, stir well and serve, as shown in the figure.
