Guizhou is the only province in China that has no plains, and it is a summer resort that many people like to go to in summer. In Guizhou, in addition to a series of wonderful scenery, there are also delicious foods that local people must miss every moment, each of which is full of local characteristics.
You must punch in Guiyang food when you go to Guizhou. The local food is mainly sour and spicy, which is simply the gospel of people who love spicy food. The food I ate during my short stay in Guizhou was enough to make me miss my life. Every kind of food, eaten in the mouth, is full of happiness.
First course: fish in sour soup
Sour fish soup is usually made with sour soup first, and then the treated fresh live fish is thrown into the sour soup for cooking. Because of this, not only the soup is sour, but also the fish is sour. It tastes a little sour and chews very tender. Sour and refreshing, delicious and appetizing.
Second course: fried bacon with broken ears
This is my favorite dish when I first entered Guizhou. Since then, I have been fascinated by broken ears. Although the roots of ears look like grass roots, they are really loved by local people.
At first, I saw a local eating it with relish, which also successfully inspired my curiosity to try it. However, after leaving Guizhou, I still can't get over it and carve it into the tip of my tongue.
The third way: Bao Gong Ban Jin
This dish combines the practices of many local cuisines, so people in different places have different opinions about this dish. Guizhou people say it's Guizhou cuisine, Shandong people say it's Shandong cuisine and Sichuan people say it's Sichuan cuisine. However, later, Guizhou people who are good at using homophonic stalks invented the practice of "Bao Gong", so this dish can be regarded as real.
I strongly recommend my friends to have a bite next time they go to Guizhou. Very delicious. It didn't feel spicy at first, but in the end they ate more and more, which is a veritable specialty.
The fourth lane: silk dolls
The name of this dish is very interesting. You can see it on almost every street in Guizhou. You can imagine how much it is loved by Guizhou people.
Add all kinds of favorite side dishes to the dough. The first time, I rolled too much. However, as long as the dough can fit, you can eat as many rolls as you want. The rolled spring rolls dipped in sour soup are just right and very loving.
The fifth way: roast brain flowers
This delicious food should be loved by everyone, men, women and children. On the streets of Guizhou, you will see the toddler eating happily.
The main ingredient of roasted brain flower is pig brain. When it comes to pig brain, some people may be afraid to eat it. They think this way of eating is a little scary, but I can tell you clearly that if you don't eat it in Guizhou, you will miss a rare food, which is fragrant but not greasy and delicious.
The sixth lane: Wang Chang noodles.
People who eat this kind of noodles may become picky about their stomachs. After leaving Guiyang, they may never eat such delicious noodles again.
As the name implies, sausage noodles are mainly made of "large intestine, pig blood and egg water", and their color, fragrance and taste are all good. The noodles are crisp, the blood is tender, the soup is fresh, spicy and delicious. A bowl goes straight to the bottom, and there is not even soup left.
Moreover, cooking noodles is also very particular. It's not a pot at all, but a bowl of noodles. Every bowl of noodles is carefully made by the master, so it won't waste its good taste.
More importantly, the homophonic "Intestinal Prosperity" means that many people like to eat it, hoping that the days will be prosperous, happy and auspicious.
