Garlic scrambled eggs
Ingredients: garlic, eggs, green and red peppers
Seasoning: salt, sesame oil, pepper
Method:
1. Pick and wash the garlic, drain it, and cut the garlic into long sections of about 5 cm.
2. Crack four to five eggs into a bowl and add 0.5 grams of pepper. Adding pepper can remove the fishy smell and increase the flavor. Stir the eggs thoroughly and set aside.
3. Use one green and red pepper each for color matching, remove the stems and seeds and cut into shreds.
4. Add a little vegetable oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add the garlic first, and stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds until it is half cooked. This can prevent the fish from being cooked.
5. Stir-fry the garlic until slightly soft, then pour in the egg liquid. Do not flip the eggs just out of the pan to prevent breakage. Wait until they are set and fry into egg pieces, so that the eggs can wrap the garlic.
6. Then add green and red peppers and stir-fry again for about 20 seconds until all ingredients are cooked.
7. Finally add 2 grams of salt for seasoning, stir-fry the seasoning until melted and even. Before serving, pour a little sesame oil to enhance the fragrance and brighten. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
