Changdao Port is located in Quezui Bay on the west coast of Changshan Island, Penglai District, Yantai City, in the northern part of Shandong Peninsula. It is adjacent to Miao Island to the west and faces Penglai City across the Miao Island Strait to the south. It is the only access to and from the island in Penglai District, Yantai City.
