Longmen Grottoes is one of the four largest grottoes in China (the other three grottoes are Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, Gansu, Yungang Grottoes in Datong, Shanxi and Maijishan Grottoes in Tianshui). It is one of the treasure houses of stone carving art in China, and a national 5A-level scenic spot. It was dug in the reign of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, and then it was built on a large scale in the Eastern Wei Dynasty, the Western Wei Dynasty, the Northern Qi Dynasty, the Sui Dynasty, the Tang Dynasty, the Five Dynasties and the Song Dynasty for more than 400 years, with a length of 1 km from north to south. Today, there are 2345 caves, more than 654.38 million statues and more than 2800 inscriptions. Longmen Grottoes lasted for a long time, spanning many dynasties, and reflected the development and changes of politics, economy, religion, culture and many other fields in ancient China from different aspects with a large number of physical images and written materials.

Luoyang has a history of 120 years. The ingredients are mung bean powder, pepper, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, vinegar, fungus, vermicelli, kelp, shrimp skin, laver, leek, brocade and salt. Scoop some thin mung bean batter with a small spoon and pour it into the pot, which is like a spring roll. It is cooked without turning it over, so it is called "no turning". Put two crystal green "non-turning" pieces in a bowl, pour some hot pork bone soup, and put some vermicelli, yellow flowers, fungus and so on. And be willing to put some vinegar and pepper, so that a bowl of soup will be ready. This soup is "soft and glutinous" in the mouth and tastes like beans when chewed; Sour soup with a long aftertaste is the first choice for Luoyang locals to eat supper.

It is characterized by pure taste, sour and spicy, oily but not greasy.

You must be hungry after reading it, so it is a wonderful choice to come down the mountain and drink a bowl of hot soup. Everyone should pay attention to sun protection in summer and then pay attention to safety.
