Otak-otak is a delicious snack, which is made of seafood (fish, shrimp, cuttlefish), eggs, peppers and coconut milk, then wrapped in palm leaves and baked. Otak means brain in Malay, because the raw materials of Uda look like brain when mixed, hence the name. Don't be confused by its name, it is really a very delicious snack, especially the one from Mapo.
