Kaifeng Mansion, located on the north bank of Baogong East Lake in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, was the administrative and judicial office of Kyoto officials in the Northern Song Dynasty. It is known as the capital of the world and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

According to historical records, there were 183 governors in Kaifeng Prefecture in the Northern Song Dynasty. Bao Gong was especially famous at home and abroad for his seat in Nanya.

Today's rebuilt Kaifeng Mansion covers an area of ??more than 60 acres and has a construction area of ??13,600 square meters. It echoes the Bao Gong Temple located in Bao Gong West Lake and sets off against the rippling blue waters of the three lakes, forming a beautiful landscape of East Mansion, West Temple, pavilions and clear water.

The inscription tablet of Kaifeng Prefecture records the appointment status of more than 200 governors of Kaifeng Prefecture.

Among them, the three emperors Taizong, Zhenzong and Qinzong of the Song Dynasty all lived here, and a large number of outstanding politicians including Kou Zhun, Bao Zheng, Ouyang Xiu, Fan Zhongyan, Su Shi, Sima Guang, Su Song, Cai Xiang, Zong Ze, etc.
