San Francisco is a homonym for the English name of San Francisco. In fact, it is just a foreign name for fried (roasted) chicken pieces created by the old overseas Chinese in San Francisco. There is nothing in it. Do what you like. Then just name it Sanfan Chicken.
I've seen a lot of things in gourmet cooking recently, and I think our compatriots are too sad. An ordinary dish is popular with foreign names. No one pays attention to its connotation. In the long run, where is the way out for Chinese cooking?
