My mother is a super greasy person, and she doesn't feel greasy, so everyone can rest assured to eat. Jiaxing people like to stack ducks neatly. If people feel appetizing after reading it, our sauced ducks in Guangdong will not be placed so neatly. And the taste is not salty, which is far from the point, but you must try it.

2. NO.2: Sister-in-law's cake

This is very famous. Local characteristics, only in Jiaxing, this cake is crispy and a little sweet, so I didn't eat so much, but I highly recommend you to buy a few bags as a special gift. Many businesses on the roadside sell them, so it is recommended to try a few more. They all taste different.

3, NO.3: Banquet Ball

The names of the dishes I heard for the first time in my life are in the shape of small balls, but the outside is crisp and fried. I heard from the waiter in the hotel that it is rich in nutrition, but I don't know what material it is made of and where it is rich. But it's delicious and unique, and it's worth recommending. Later, I checked, and I didn't know if it was accurate. I said that some raw materials were fresh from the lake, such as fish, shrimp and crabs, but I didn't believe it very much, thinking that the price was not expensive. If you go, you can have a taste.
