IKEA was founded in Ingvar Kamprad.

The benefits of flat packaging have been obvious since the first day they removed the legs of the table and loaded them into the car. A transport vehicle loads more goods, requires less storage space, reduces labor costs, and avoids damage during transportation. For customers, this means that the price of the product is lower and the goods can be transported home conveniently. However, this design was used very carefully at first, and only one product was designed like this at one time.

Modern plastics provide designers with many new ways to make excellent household articles. However, it is very important to choose the appropriate production method in the design process. When choosing the manufacturer of Sippa chairs, the answer is very simple, although it did meet with opposition from some people. We spent months looking for a suitable manufacturer, but nothing came of it. Later, we once again analyzed the shape of the chair and had a sudden thought, and decided to let the manufacturers of plastic bowls and plastic buckets produce this kind of chair. We have not lowered the quality requirements for design and function. The chair actually produced is more concise and lively than the lines we designed.

Richard Clack designed the DAGIS children's chair.

Before designing this kind of children's chair, he made a detailed observation on children's habits. Children's chairs should not have sharp corners, but should have a certain degree of softness, but at the same time they must be able to withstand frequent bumps. Children are naughty, but cute and always active. In this spirit, he designed the children's chair. Later, he made a little improvement on this children's chair. As far as we know, there are no stackable children's chairs. Dajes did this, which saved space and was easy to move.

Ingvar kamprad, the founder of IKEA, launched the activity of "Thank you very much" as a reward for the employees in the IKEA Group in the new millennium.
