Recipe for home-style stewed old hen soup:
Ingredients: 300 grams of old hens; 250 grams of yam; ginger; green onions; a little sesame oil; a little pepper.
Wash the old hens and chop them into pieces, peel the yam and cut it into thick pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into flowers. Put the chopped old hen, yam, and ginger slices into the pressure cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water. The water should at least completely cover the chicken. If you like to drink soup, you can add a little more water.
Add a few drops of sesame oil, add a little pepper, close the lid, heat the pressure cooker over high heat until it steams, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. After the air in the pressure cooker is exhausted, open the lid, add an appropriate amount of salt, and sprinkle in chopped green onion.
