Noodles (try not to use dried noodles, use freshly rolled noodles sold in the market), Korean black bean fried sauce (because it is made of black beans, the sauce is black). Diced pork (people who don't eat pork can use squid instead), diced onion, diced carrot and a little diced cucumber. How to do it. Add diced pork (diced squid) and stir-fry until it changes color, add diced onion, diced carrot and diced cucumber, add a little water (half a cup is enough), and then add Korean black bean sauce (half a bag of Korean black bean sauce is enough for two people) and stir-fry. Start cooking noodles. When the noodles are cooked, pull them with cold water and squeeze them.
