Take Wan Li Road and read thousands of books. The ancients did not deceive me. The insights and experiences in books are the experiences and gains of others. Only by practicing can they become their own knowledge. The book "Big Country and Big People" tells us from the author's point of view that every China person brought up by water and soil has his distinctive personality and aura. The author has a macro perspective, a micro description of food, and even a professional case he is engaged in planning. Looking at it all the way, it is like going up and down with the author for 5,111 years, watching the amorous feelings of people in different places and watching their joys and sorrows in different times.
after reading it, I have two insights.
the first point of culture and inheritance is actually the history of human existence and development, which cannot be separated from the shaping of the environment, especially the geographical environment. Different soil and water have created different Chinese people, such as Zhou Li, Qin system, Han Xi and tang style in Shaanxi. These brilliant past achievements have made Shaanxi people, and they have also given them a heavy burden, so that they have become self-pitying and complacent. When I love walking towards things, I forget them, and people become "terracotta warriors and horses"
Another example is Shanxi merchants, because Shanxi's unique geographical location-bordering Mongolian grassland in the north and the hinterland of the Central Plains in the south-provides the most important geographical location for the rise of Shanxi merchants. However, because Shanxi only does trade, it has not consolidated its own commercial cornerstone, and has not formed a sound industrial capital. Moreover, the collusion between officials and businessmen to become a bank has not been supported by infrastructure, and finally it is a flash in the pan.
But every place has its own unique charm. After reading this book, I just want to take it with me, all the stories and people related to it, and go around the country.
For example, I am from Jingzhou, Hubei Province, and I was particularly touched when I read this chapter. Hubei is the dantian of China. Unfortunately, the cultural tourism in Jingzhou has not developed now, and what makes people remember deeply is the huge statue of Guan Gong, which wastes people's money and makes people laugh. Wuhan, the provincial capital of Hubei, gives people a more ordinary citizen feeling, smart but not atmospheric, and Hubei people are really not United enough. I often hear friends around me say that they hold hometown meetings and homecoming meetings. I have been in Shenzhen for so many years that I don't even know if we have this organization, and few of these classmates in Shenzhen get together.
Teacher Wang Zhigang wrote in the book: Guangdong girls want home, no matter how messy you are outside, I just want a stable family; Hunan sisters "want love", after all, Hunan women are affectionate; Sichuan sister "wants money", you can play as you like, just give me the money; Hubei sister is "deadly", dare to love and hate, absolutely unambiguous. Once Hubei women are forced to walk from behind the scenes to the stage, the earth-shattering energy and the ability to dance with long sleeves are beyond the reach of Hubei men. It seems that I am a fake Hubei woman, and I really want to learn from our Hubei women.
the second point is to follow the general trend to achieve great development. Whether it is a country or a region, the same is true for individuals. After so many years of reform and opening up, people who have grasped the trend are basically doing well now, while those of us who usually don't pay attention to the national conditions are left at the end of the times. Although we are working hard, our income is far less than others. This is the so-called situation makes a hero. When a big wave hits, whoever can really meet the wave can stand on the top of the wave.
in this sense, the national movement is the people's movement, and it is also the result of the hard work of countless brave and hardworking Chinese. China people's national characteristics of being practical and seeking truth from facts make us miss a lot of curiosity and exploration, but at present, with the serious epidemic situation and the war situation, we can at least live a stable and peaceful life, thanks to the party and the government.
The author writes that he is one of the few indirect and direct observers at the historical node of Deng Xiaoping's designer's last southern tour. Put China, a nearly derailed train, back on track. Since then, China has made great efforts in economic construction, with little deviation, and achieved a rare development miracle in human history.
what is common sense? Comrade Deng Xiaoping said: "Development is the last word."
what is a rule? Comrade Chen Yun said: "Not only books, not only books, but also facts."
what is essence? Simple two words: humanity.
