Jintan New Town Wuyue Plaza, located in the Xincheng District of Jintan District, opened in 2016. It is also the third Wuyue Plaza in Changzhou. It has been the largest commercial complex in Jintan since its opening.

Changzhou, referred to as "Chang", also known as Dragon City, is a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province. It is one of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta region of China approved by the State Council, an advanced manufacturing base and a famous cultural tourism city.
