It means:

Eat 3 lychees every day, and I would like to be a Lingnan person for a long time.

Originally, the lychees in Lingnan were sweet and conveyed people's love.

There are 3 Japanese fish balls here, so I don't hesitate to be a Jiazi person.

One possibility is that the fish balls in Jiazi (if it is a place name) are delicious.

Another possibility is to say that I am 6 years old (A Jiazi is 6 years old), and I can still eat a lot of fish balls,

to express my appearance and mood of great health ~
