1. First, cut the garlic into powder, onion and coriander. Bean jelly and tofu are cut into dice-sized pieces.
2, put a little oil in the pot, just a little, the oil temperature is 5% hot, put minced garlic, a little onion, garlic sprout and coriander (onion, garlic sprout, coriander). Stir-fry for about a minute.
3. Add water to the pot. When the water boils, add tofu, bean jelly and vegetarian meatballs.
4. When the water in the pot boils again, mix a little flour with a little water in a bowl and pour it into the pot to thicken.

Tips
