Wugongshan goose

Unexpectedly, the pronunciation of "delicious" is very similar to that of English "hodgepodge", and later this dish was named "Li Hongzhang hodgepodge".

There is no way to prove the truth of the legend, but the ingredients of this dish are very expensive, including sea cucumber, turtle skirt, tendon and fish balls. Sea cucumber is a precious marine animal, named after its nourishing effect is similar to ginseng. With tender meat and rich nutrition, it is a typical high-protein and low-fat food.

Sanhe zongzi

Three rivers are named after the confluence of Fengle River, Hangbu River and Xiaonan River. Rich in water, fish and shrimp, early rice.
