What can be made with pure milk and eggs?

Caramel pudding and double-skinned milk should be possible

Caramel ingredients:

100g fine sugar, 125ml water.

Method:

Add 3/4 of the water into the pot, add sugar and bring to a boil. Do not stir the boiling syrup; after cooking until caramel color, add the remaining 1/4 Add some cold water and boil the syrup until it becomes thinner, then turn off the heat.

Pudding liquid ingredients:

2 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, 250g milk, 30g to 40g sugar.

Standard method:

1. Put milk and sugar in a pot, heat over low heat, and cook until 60 to 80 degrees.

2. Stir the eggs and egg yolks evenly, slowly add the milk to the egg liquid and mix well.

(My lazy way of doing the above two steps is 'mix the eggs and egg yolks well, heat the milk and sugar in the microwave for one minute, then slowly add it to the egg liquid and mix well.')

2 . Sieve the prepared pudding liquid to remove the egg slurry. If you don’t mind, skip this step.

3. Add appropriate amount of caramel or syrup to the pudding mold (a container, a bowl is also acceptable).

4. Add pudding liquid.

5. Steam and bake (the microwave oven has a baking function, right? When baking, place the bowl on the plate and add some water to the plate.

Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes)
