Dalian University of Science and Technology has a campus at No.999-26, Bingang Road, Lushun Economic Development Zone, Dalian, Liaoning Province. Dalian Institute of Science and Technology is located in the university town of Dalian Lushun Economic Development Zone at the southernmost tip of Liaodong Peninsula.

The school consists of Mechanical Engineering College, Transportation College, Electrical Engineering College, Digital Technology College and school of economics and management. There are 1 secondary colleges, including Foreign Languages College, Design Art College, Software Technology College, Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and PEIM New Education College, as well as three teaching departments, namely, the teaching department of ideological and political theory course, the basic department and the sports department.
