To solve the problem, we must mainly solve the source.
First of all, you have to realize that no one can really help you, you have to learn to save yourself.
The encouragement given to you by family, friends, and lovers is only external, and the problems mainly come from your own heart.

I believe everyone relieves stress in a different way.
For example, I like painting, singing, dubbing, writing, movies, cross talk, and food. These are all very effective ways to relieve stress for me.
First, work hard to sort out yourself, find out where the source of your anxiety is, and then find ways to solve the source.
Then find your own interests and hobbies, find out where you are attached to the world and life, and try to stick to these hobbies.
