Shahe is located in the south of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, connected to Xiangdu District and Xindu District of Xingtai City in the north, adjacent to Nanhe District in the east, Wu 'an City and Yongnian District of Handan City in the south, and adjacent to Shanxi Province in the west.
